Muhamad Ridhuan Kampanyekan Nomor Punggung Baru

ONLY TO BE SEEN - Mungkin selama ini sosok Muhamad Ridhuan tidak lagi asing di kalangan pecinta sepak bola kota Malang. Menggunakan nomor punggung 6 merupakan salah satu identitas yang dimiliki oleh pemain timnas Singapura ini.

Namun lantaran masalah dualisme yang membekap kubu Arema membuat Ridhuan kini berlabuh ke kubu Arema ISL setelah sebelumnya sempat membela Arema IPL selama setengah musim.

Akan tetapi kini MR 6 inisial yang selama ini menjadi milik Ridhuan akan segera berganti. Hal ini dikarenakan pada kubu Arema ISL nomor punggung 6 yang selama ini menjadi milik dari Ridhuan sudah terlebih dahulu dikenakan oleh Johan Ibo yang sudah terlebih dahulu bergabung bersama Arema ISL.

Oleh karena itu disaat pertandingan melawan Persiwa Wamena di Stadion Kanjuruhan Malang kemarin dimanfaatkan oleh Ridhuan untuk membagikan kostum baru dimana dirinya akan mengenakan nomor punggung 8 pada putaran kedua nanti.

Dengan delapan kaos yang dibagikan, pemain kelahiran 6 Mei 1984 itu rela berkeliling stadion saat jeda pertandingan. Aksi ini langsung mendapat sambuat dari suporter mereka sangat senang Ridhuan membagikan kaos.

Hal ini terasuk salah satu bentuk kampanye dari dirinya kepada Aremania dan Aremanita yang selama ini tetap setia memberikan dukungan kepada tim kesayangan mereka.

"Saya sudah sengaja punya rencana untuk membagikan kaos ini kepada suporter, yaitu mempublikasikan nomor baru saya di putaran kedua nanti. Kebetulan tinggal nomor 8 yang kosong sehingga saya pilih" ujar Ridhuan kepada wearemania.net

Facilitating travel to Milan

FC Barcelona wants to facilitate travel for Club members to Milan as much as possible. For this reason, FCB Viajes through Viajes Halcón have come up with two solutions for members to support FC Barcelona in the quarter-final of the Champions League (March 28th).

The first option is to travel to Milan by charter plane and return to Barcelona on the same day of the match, tickets cost €370. Seating is limited, however, same-day travel is guaranteed.

The second option is to travel to Italy by coach, tickets at €75. The coach will leave Barcelona on the night before the match, it will return from Milan right after the Champions League quarter-final game.

Petition for a ticket up until Wednesday

It’s worth mentioning that the petition process for tickets can be done through this application form. Only Club members may petition a ticket. The process is open until Wednesday, March 21st until 19:00. Each member can petition for one ticket, however, up to four members may use the same application form in the event that said members want to travel together.

FC Barcelona has 5,210 available tickets to sell to members and supporters, all priced at €33. As usual, 85% of the tickets are allocated to members (3,543) and Supporters Clubs (886). The remaining 15% (781) are allocated to the Club for athletic, institutional and sponsor purposes.

"Tomcat" Takut Sinar Matahari

Jakarta (ANTARA) - Menteri Koordinator bidang Kesejahteraan Rakyat (Menko Kesra) Agung Laksono mengatakan serangga "tomcat" atau kumbang rove yang memiliki racun penyebab luka pada kulit manusia, takut pada sinar matahari.

"Tomcat takut pada sinar matahari meskipun dia suka pada cahaya lampu," kata Agung Laksono di Jakarta, Kamis.
Untuk itu, Agung meminta masyarakat mewaspadai tomcat di daerah yang lembab dan tidak terpapar sinar matahari.
"Masyarakat sendiri diimbau untuk kerap menutup pintu dan bila ada jendela diberi kasa nyamuk untuk mencegah kumbang itu masuk," katanya.
Selain itu, masyarakat juga diimbau untuk tidur menggunakan kelambu jika di daerahnya tengah mewabah serangan kumbang tersebut.

Agung mengatakan, Kementerian Kesehatan dan Kementerian Pertanian telah melakukan koordinasi untuk menanggulangi serangan tomcat.
"Salah satu upaya penanggulangan adalah penyemprotan insektisida dan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat," katanya.
Masyarakat, tambah Agung harus menjaga kebersihan rumah dan lingkungan terutama tanaman yang tidak terawat yang ada di sekitar rumah karena bisa menjadi tempat kumbang Paederus.
Selain itu, masyarakat juga dilarang menggosok kulit atau mata bila bersentuhan dengan kumbang tomcat.
"Bila kumbang ini berada di kulit kita, singkirkan dengan hati-hati, dengan meniup atau mengunakan kertas untuk mengambil kumbang," katanya.
Selain itu, dia juga mengimbau untuk segera beri air mengalir beserta sabun pada kulit yang bersentuhan dengan serangga itu. (rr)

Dokter Klaim Fabrice Muamba Meninggal Selama 78 Menit

Tim dokter Bolton Wanderers menegaskan, Fabrice Muamba secara teknik telah meninggal selama 78 menit setelah terkena serangan jantung di pertandingan perempat-final Piala FA versus Tottenham Hotspur.

Namun, setelah itu tim medis mengklaim Muamba dalam kondisi baik, meski saat ini masih dalam perawatan intensif. Kabarnya, pemain usia 23 tahun ini mulai berkomunikasi dengan keluarga dan teman-temannya.

"Selama 38 menit saat dia kolaps untuk mencapai rumah sakit dan ditambah 30 menit setelah itu. Ketika itu, secara medis dia meninggal dunia," kata Dr Jonathon Tobin.

Dokter berupaya memberikan dua defibrillator di lapangan, satu di lorong pemain dan 13 kali di ambulan menuju London Chest Hospital, tapi semuanya tidak berhasil.

"Saya senang mengatakan sinyal awal pemulihan berlanjut. Saya masuk dan dia mengatakn 'Hi, Dok'. Saya bertanya kepadanya dan dia menjawab 'baik'."

"Saya menjelaskan kepadanya apa yang terjadi, itu komunikasi yang saya lakukan dengan Fabrice. Kami takut sesuatu yang buruk terjadi dan tidak berpikir recoveri yang dia alami. Ini luar biasa," beber Tobin.

BOLTON, KOMPAS.com - Pelatih Bolton Wonderers, Owen Coyle, mengungkapkan bahwa timnya siap kembali melawan Tottenham Hotspur dalam lanjutan perempat final Piala FA setelah sebelumnya pertandingan antara keduanya sempat dihentikan karena gelandang Fabrice Muamba mengalami serangan jantung dan pingsan di lapangan. Tentunya, Bolton akan melakoni laga itu tanpa kehadiran Muamba.

Pemain berusia 23 tahun ini tumbang pada menit ke-40. Jantungnya sempat tak berdetak sehingga harus dibantu dengan peralatan medis. Muamba pingsan karena mengalami cardiac arrest atau jantung berhenti berdetak secara tiba-tiba. Dengan kejadian ini, pertandingan pun dinyatakan dihentikan sementara sampai batas waktu yang belum ditentukan.

"Kami sudah berbicara dengan pemain dan beberapa staff pagi ini. Saya juga sudah berbicara dengan keluarga Muamba semalam," ungkap Coyle seperti dilansir The Sun.

"Ayah Muamba, Marcel dan tunangannya, Shauna, sangat antusias menyambut niat kami untuk memenuhi pertandingan (yang sempat tertunda) itu. Jadi, tidak ada keraguan dalam pikiran kami bahwa kami akan memainkan pertandingan itu," lanjut pelatih berusia 45 tahun tersebut.

Lanjutan laga rencananya akan digelar Selasa atau Rabu (28/3/2012) dini hari. Dalam laga yang sempat dihentikan tersebut, Bolton berhasil menahan imbang "Spurs" 1-1.

Bolton unggul lebih dulu akibat kesalahan pemain sayap Tottenham, Gareth Bale, yang menceploskan bola ke gawangnya sendiri pada menit ke-6. Namun, Tottenham dapat menyamakan kedudukan lewat sundulan Kyle Walker pada menit ke-11.

Premier League - Gerrard hat-trick seals derby triumph

Steven Gerrard scored a hat-trick on his return to the starting XI as Liverpool ended a poor run of Premier League form with a 3-0 victory in the 217th Merseyside derby against Everton at Anfield.

Kenny Dalglish had seen his side lose three league games in succession - and if the league had started in January they would have been in the relegation zone heading into Tuesday night's game - but Gerrard ensured they would not concede local pride or seventh place to their rivals from across Stanley Park with three goals on his 400th Premier League appearance.
Everton's team selection contributed to their derby demise as manager David Moyes dubiously opted to rest a number of players ahead of the FA Cup quarter-final against Sunderland on Saturday, ensuring the game that marked his 10th anniversary in charge of the club was tinged with disappointment.
However, the fact the visiting XI was a weakened one did not detract from a much-improved performance from Liverpool, who found in their returning captain the ruthless figure in front of goal they have been missing this season, and the talisman required to help lighten the mood of Dalglish and the club following recent league results.
The result takes the Carling Cup winners to within two points of sixth-placed Newcastle, and five points clear of Sunderland and Everton.
While Liverpool opted to bring local lads Gerrard and Jamie Carragher back into the starting XI, Everton - unbeaten in seven - made six changes from the side that defeated Tottenham at the weekend, most notably with goalscorer Nikica Jelavic joining Tim Cahill on the bench as Victor Anichebe and Denis Stracqualursi combined in attack.
It led to the intriguing conclusion that Moyes was resting players ahead of the weekend, rather than throwing them into the intensity of a fixture that has seen 20 red cards in the Premier League era, more than any other, and 11 in the past 14 instalments of one of English football's grandest rivalries.
Dalglish had no reservations over using his more established players and, unsurprisingly, Gerrard in particular appeared to relish the occasion. Within seven minutes the returning captain went close when finding space in the box with a glorious touch from a Luis Suarez pass and firing in a low effort that forced Tim Howard into a sprawling save. The rebound found Jordan Henderson but he was denied by a fantastic challenge from Jack Rodwell.
Though an energetic Everton quickly responded when Leighton Baines negotiated his way past Martin Kelly and Henderson, only to see Steven Pienaar fire over the bar from his cut-back, Liverpool enjoyed the better of a hard-fought first half, with strike partners Suarez and Andy Carroll offering very different yet complementary threats with their technical excellence and physical presence respectively.
But in a season that has seen Liverpool struggle so badly in front of goal - their tally prior to Tuesday night was a measly 30 in 27 games - it was perhaps unsurprising to see them rely not on their strikers but Gerrard to open the scoring.
The home side constructed a lovely flowing move on 34 minutes and although they benefitted from a touch of luck when Suarez's pass deflected off Gerrard and into the path of Kelly, who saw his low effort bounce off Howard and away, the skipper's subsequent finish was sublime as he collected the loose ball from 15 yards out and cleverly floated his shot over a crowd of players and into the net.
Kelly almost reprised his starring role in the opener within minutes when he drove forward from right-back once again and fired just wide, and although Stracqualursi tested Jose Reina with a firm header just before the break, Liverpool were good value for their lead at the break.
Liverpool had a concern over Gerrard as their captain limped off the pitch and into the dressing room but he certainly showed no ill-effects in the second half when adding a second on 51 minutes.
Henderson - who has been the subject of sustained criticism this season following his big-money move from Sunderland last summer - played in Suarez with a glorious pass. The Uruguayan then wriggled away from both Sylvain Distin and Phil Jagielka when cutting in from the right and Gerrard arrived to bash the ball home with a fierce finish from six yards.
Duly enthused, Liverpool offered Everton no respite and Carroll fired narrowly wide following another fine piece of work from Suarez before Kelly was just inches away from sliding the ball home from a Stewart Downing cross to the centre of the box.
Though Rodwell then saw a low effort cleared by Jose Enrique just as it appeared to be sneaking in at the far post, Moyes was clearly unhappy with his side's efforts and made a triple substitution on 62 minutes as Seamus Coleman, Victor Anichebe and Stracqualursi were replaced by Leon Osman, Royston Drenthe and Jelavic.
Everton's changes failed to turn the tide on Merseyside though, and with the game meandering to a conclusion, Liverpool, and Gerrard, secured a third in injury time.
The midfielder led a quick break when bursting through the centre of midfield and played the ball wide for Suarez. The forward had a chance to shoot from a tight angle yet cut back and slipped a pass to his captain, who fired home with relish to complete his excellent evening.
